Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage your speakers or accessories in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
